At this stage our packs go out to families based in the southland region, we hope to expand this area in the future. We hear about baby loss families by notification from the hospital, midwives and or funeral homes with the consent of the family.   

A charity coordinator then delivers the pack to the family. 

If you are a baby loss family or know a baby loss family that has not received a pack then you can request a pack here, we do require proof of loss and some personal details about the mother and baby to ensure the packs are specific and personalised.
